REMEMBER YOUR PERMISSION FORM!

You will need a signed permission form to get on the BUS.  Your leaders have them!  Track them down and get your parents/guardians to sign them. You will need them before you get on the bus.

Parental permission form  (if your adult leader doesn't have it in hand by Friday morning, you won't be able to attend)
  Active clothes with comfy shoes

If you are attending the temple: 

    own temple recommend

    a change of temple-appropriate clothing
    a towel and extra underwear

If you are unable to attend the temple, there will be a different activity for you during that session--please tell your team leaders your plans as soon as possible.

Everyone, please try to prepare by bringing these family history items: 

    3 family name cards--these are pink, blue or white cards the temple printed from your "Request For Ordinance" forms.  You will need to take the Request for Ordinance cards to the     temple prior to July 19th to get them printed.  Ask your parents or team leaders if you need help.)

    Family Search/Indexing login and password
    a personal story from own family history to share
    family Fan Chart--obtained on familysearch.org

If you are unable to bring these family history things, don't worry--most definitely--PLEASE COME!
